1:1 Coaching đ±
Transform Your Business with 1:1 Coaching from Liz Fiedler Mergen
Unlock the systems and strategies behind a thriving flower farm with personalized guidance from someone who's lived it.
Liz built her flower farm, Sunny Mary Meadow in St. Joseph, MN, from a small farm stand into a multiple six-figure business in under five years in, and along the way she made the shift from working in the business to working on it. During peak season (April, May, September, and October) she's hands-on in the fields. The rest of the year, a team of hired staff and freelance designers handles the day-to-day so she can run the business as an owner instead of just an operator.
Your goal doesn't have to look like hers. Liz will help you find the efficiencies, systems, and strategies that save you time and money so you can build the business and the life you actually want.

Learn How to Sell Perishable Products đŒ
Â
Peddling Perishable Products Courses
This isn't a technical fix to your business. It's an adaptive way of thinking to quit working so hard just to not sell out. It's having a plan for your products.
It's building a profitable business instead of wondering where all your time and money went with nothing to show for it. While flower farming is the example used throughout, the strategies apply to any business built around perishable products.

Meet Your Coach, Liz
In her sixth year in business, Liz has taken her farm stand from $7K to a multiple six-figure brand. She holds a doctorate as a nurse practitioner, and the same skills that helped her guide patients toward their goals now shape how she coaches business owners.
In 2020, Liz lost her first husband suddenly and learned she was pregnant with their second child after his funeral. After months of grief, she made the decision to get better instead of bitter, built her business around the life she wanted for her kids, and kept going even when it felt like one step forward, two steps back.
Liz is competitive, invested in your results, and working toward her own big goal: taking her business from $7K to seven figures in seven years. She'll bring that same drive to helping you reach yours.
